i just found out i have arthritis in my SI joints at age 20.. they found it in a scan after i had just gotten 4 surgeries to fix hip issues. here comes a whole new painful issue. anyone else experience back arthritis? tips?

osteoarthritis or idiopathic / rheumatoid? cause i have experience with the latter. i find lying horizontally and “popping” my tailbone by swiveling my hips can be helpful, but idk if that’s applicable for you
