nobody here cares but I just made an 18 minute mile. hell, that’s about where I was at when I started cross country. I will be hurting tomorrow but I feel really good right now. I love all of you and hope we all feel better one day
I used to love running (though I wasn’t good at it as a slow asthmatic lol) but after developing my lupus symptoms haven’t been able to run in years. I’ve been walking on a treadmill to stay healthy and just went for a very brief jog and felt SO free 🥺
i’m #1 from the last post. i care! that’s awesome. i used to run cross country too 😊 is the pain the days after you run super bad?

That’s amazing! I haven’t been able to run since before I had cancer and I miss it so much

my knees were really sore this morning but kinda let up! I went harder today so I expect a lot of pain tomorrow but luckily i’m getting a long exam done which means a lot of sitting and not messing up my ankles further 😂 and thank you :))
