yeah, pretty sure I recall reading that LC can particularly mess with the area of your brain that’s responsible for retaining & reproducing language. when my LC was at its worst I constantly struggled to even “translate” my thoughts into words, and even on a good day I still have way more trouble with doing so now than I did pre-LC
