Anyone else feel that they’re not only missing out on the college experience but also missing out on actually learning from college because of so much brain fog?

I’m a senior and I spent most of my college experience skipping class and laughing about my illness it’s not bad. It kind of made time fly but I’m ready to be out of school bc it’s hard to balance with illness.

Might have to take a year off just so I can get an illness diagnosed (if recent treatment didn’t help it). I’ve already taken breaks from school for health reasons. I’m 25 and I can’t even finish my fucking undergrad, I feel so fucking pathetic.

also taking ubiquinol + pqq supplement helped my brain fog immensely! i was about to see a neuropsychologist to get an accommodation for having a notecard on my exams because i couldn’t remember anything. then i started taking the pqq and the following semester i got 90+ scores on all of my exams

you’re not pathetic 🩷 you’re dealing with a serious issue that is not your fault, fuck the timelines and expectations. 25 is still so young, you’ve got plenty of time :)
