Any tips for exercising with joint pain? Even walking and yoga make my joints hurt. Should I just suck it up? I’m worried about making it worse

Have you checked an YMCA’s also ask your doctor about these things like you asked for advice..

Yes I can’t afford a pool but I’m able to go to an old folk’s class down at my city center for free. It’s awesome!

I’ve personally been doing my old physical therapy exercises from when I played sports (and tended to injure myself).
