I hate how almost every food makes my stomach upset. I already don’t consume dairy cause of an allergy, and I tried limiting my gluten, but I still am constantly feeling ill after I eat😭
Low fodmap diet would be a good experiment, or a short keto, keto worked wonders for me and my fatigue 🥹

After a while it may be worth it to Keep a small food diary so you can track down which meals made you feel particularly like shit and you can see what ingredients may have caused it
