I’m actually so fucking heated my rheumatologist said that my symptoms weren’t actually serious and that my lupus diagnosis was probably just my ‘anxiety’ manifesting bc I’m not getting worse after being on plaquenil

Dog 💀 some people really shouldn’t be working in healthcare and it shows. It’s giving “No I don’t have heart issues- after I take my heart medication my heart works just fine”. I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Wish I had advice but unfortunately I don’t. I find that having a log of symptoms off meds makes it a lot harder for docs to ignore me though- so if you have more flare ups- make sure to do that!
