it popped out bc my partner told me to hold my nose and blow so my ears would pop (bad idea and it popped way more than my ears😔)

I get multiple dislocations a week and try not to go to the ER for them unless I can’t move it, and my jaw moves alright atm, I just can’t pop it back into place and it’s making eating difficult
