I take two xyzal in the evening and 10-20mg Pepcid in the morning and it has been helping a lot

MCAS and hEDS (and POTS) feed into each other. When MCAS is uncontrolled it leads to worse symptoms of the others and vice versa. So antihistamines help with the MCAS and thus help the hEDS

literally same! The pepcid might be a big part of why I finally recovered from long covid after almost 3yrs
