Anonymous #1 30w

I thought I might have had pots but the last time I went to the dr after I passed out and she did an ortho posture test on me she said my heart rate spiked but my bp stayed level. Like didn’t budge at all even though I was at 135 bpm after standing and was very confused about that. Any advise on what I should research about that?
