Yes, omg!! I’ve been having them since I was a kid, and was always told it was just growing pains, but 12 years later and I’m still having them😭

That is not normal, this could be a sign of spinal compression or some other injury

YES oh my god I’ve never heard of anyone else describing this. Mine don’t feel limp but they feel weak and stiff (but they aren’t actually stiff). I started to have it happen in my arms too sometimes

Like I have my typical aches and pain due to my knees being hypermobile. But the burning intense pain that comes on randomly is unbearable. I found compassion sleeves somewhat helpful. But no dr seems to understand what I’m trying to describe

Like they think I’m taking about joint pain (arthritis like stuff) but I’m like no this is a different kind of pain. Last time it happened I could barely walk and was crying with every step. And laid on the couch with compression sleeves, hot pack, cold packs, and an edible, crying until it eventually faded to a tolerable level
