Do any other hypermobile people (hEDS specifically) have any tips for keeping ribs from slipping? I had four out of place today when I went in for physical therapy and I’m tired of it.

I know my husband (trans) binds in a really specific way that helps kind of hold things in some what the right position? I’m not really sure how he does it but a mixture of medical tape and a binder that isn’t super tight

Working on deep abdominals, neck strength, and deep breathing exercises helped reduce how often mine go out. For me a lot of my misalignment started in my pelvis and then went up the chain. I wore an SI belt daily for about a year until my hips got stronger. Sometimes doing good breathing exercises can push my ribs back into place from the inside.
