Being in recovery in your twenties is crazy like i have protein yogurt and coffee at 8am and then nothing until 7 where I make a bowl of bullshit with tons of veggies and eat it with most of a baguette and a green smoothie then a sweet treat 💪🏾💪🏾
That actually sounds very tasty but the timing is concerning

Differing versions of high protein/ high veg foods that I slap together in diff forms until it tastes good

In this case it was butter beans and a bunch of veg and cheese 💪🏾 but I made a protein yogurt bowl last night with varying bits from my pantry so it literally is just different shit each night that fills me up idk it’s fun
