Depends on where/how it’s hurting but you’ve gotta see a doctor

Like, urgent care at the least if not ER

I had a really bad slipped disk and even after it put itself back in the nerve was just irritated and I could barely move. They can at least prescribe a muscle relaxer and physical therapy but spinal problems can be way more serious
