I’m so lost. I have no clue if this was just a random short-term allergy due to the fact that I went into anaphylaxis after eating some bad tuna or something else. I’m gonna run some tests in a couple weeks to try figuring this out.

Only way to find out is to start eating gluten again and get the endoscopy
