Same reason they let someone who had oviran torsion sit in a room waiting for an hour just to get get rushes to surgery as soon as the ultrasound came back

Same reason they had someone known to have Covid (at the height of the pandemic when masking was enforced) sit in the waiting area of the er with all the other patients. And they kept pulling down their mask.
