Finding that my colon (severe IBD) can handle curry no problem so long as it’s not super spicy or acidic has been one of the best discoveries of my life, I’m genuinely so happy. It’s so cheap & good & easy to make & the ginger and tumeric probably help :)

like rice? cheap. curry powder? cheap. potatoes? cheap. seasonal veggies @ farmers market? cheap. tumeric and ginger? cheap like oh my god and my stomach can handle it? my diet doesn’t have to just be bread and rice and eggs and soup anymore???)
