I have zofran tablets, do they count with the clear liquid diet before?

yes! just make sure you stop taking them once you’re meant to stop consuming anything at all

Yes for sure. I actually threw up all my prep for the night before and called the endoscopy center and they were able to send an emergency prescription of Zofran (I had just run out). I had to take triple my usual dose to keep that stuff down. I’m sure you already have things sorted, but I related to this a lot
