Stomach pains are finally getting to the point where I have to go fully gluten free. Last time I tried I lost 15lbs but I literally cannot do the cramping and bloating that makes me look pregnant anymore. If anyone has high cal/protein GF suggestions lmk!

oats are sometimes cross contaminated with wheat so be careful of that

I don’t think I have celiac but it’s to the point where a few bites of bread gets me to the point I can barely move without a cane. I also can’t exactly afford to lose much more weight (5-10lbs fluctuations are okay, but I spent 6 months trying to gain it back last time). So please please if anyone has good gluten free options that are dense that would be super helpful

eat plenty of protein, fiber, and carbs for protein i like beans, chicken, and protein shakes for fiber get creative, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, etc and for carbs you will have gf alternatives of like crackers, pasta, and rice etc

If you take vitamins, check the labels‼️Sometimes certain vitamins contain gluten, I’ve been set off by them before
