Chronic Illness on Yik Yak | Anybody else diagnosed but just…doesnt help themself? I have POTS and have days where I can barely get out of bed (combined with depression too) and I still don’t do the things I need to accommodate myself because I just don’t care to or it’s too much

yes i have PMOS and have chronic fatigue as a side effect and i don’t do enough for myself, i just have no energy anymore

I learned from my dr that effoxer can help with pots and also treats depression and vyvanse. I’m currently on effoxer 150 mg and vyvanse 20mg and it’s helped so much , things aren’t completely back to normal but much better than without it

For real tho and like I don’t wanna have to explain everything to my suite mates but I also don’t wanna have them freak out abt smth that’s normal for me

yeah i have no clue how i’m going to handle living with a bunch of people who probably have no prior knowledge of my diagnoses 🫩 i’m going in blind

Same and like they all wanna go out constantly and I wanna but like having a seizure on campus week one is not a goal of mine
