I keep accidentally sleeping all day when I don’t intend to. Does anyone else deal with this? Like I go to take a nap, sleep through the alarm I set, and next thing I know it’s 8pm

Yep this happens to me all the time. I typically just say “well I guess I needed sleep” and try to keep on going and not hate myself for it 😭
