Sympathy farming. “Ohhh poor guys. I hope he’s okay.” Women are socially conditioned to be “caretakers”. It wouldn’t surprise me at allllll to know it’s coming from some sort of dating coaching thing for men.

Morbid or no longer attractive because it’s ongoing thing. “Oh I have to go to hospital a lot bc my heart is fked up” and suddenly I’d be unmatched
