I’m extremely excited, the only thing I’m worried about is weekly appointments since I work 9-5 full time and the possibility of a placebo, but I’ll be on steroids as well so if I do get the placebo I’ll be on the steroids to somewhat manage my condition

For most medical studies a majority of people get the treatment (somewhere between 2/3 to 3/4) so the risk of being placebo is smaller then you think. Good luck and I hope it helps!

yeah it’s 60% treatment and 40% placebo

I know someone who reacted so positively to a placebo that they alone caused further research on the placebo effect and the body. The brain is a weird-ass thing, there’s a chance even placebo would be worth your while!
