I’m quitting nicotine and I’ve been super hypersensitive to my blood sugar dropping lately. I’m not diabetic, but if anyone has tips on how to manage that it would be super appreciated :)

Also I know I shouldn’t have been smoking to start out with but when I started I didn’t have nearly as many health issues and I wasn’t ready to quit just yet

I used to get low blood sugar and almost pass out as a kid, I basically lived off of juice for a while

Glucose tablets and fruit snacks are lifesavers. I quit 6 months ago, it’s a hell of a struggle but I believe in you
