At least I can see my epileptologist sooner (neurologist who spends their entire residency studying epilepsy) saying like “I know I’m young but I researched how increased hormones can effect me and my child it’s also why I stopped taking birth control” (that and I’m single now and my periods finaalllly regulated themselves) lol. The receptionist said “yeah it’s probably bc you’re young and want sterilization”. There’s only 1 genetics counselor in that healthcare system
