Hyper mobility with consistent knee locking any tips I have pots and I’m not tryna black out

Honestly, I had to train myself to not lock my knees and basically be hyper aware of it for months until that became somewhat natural. They do lock if I stand too long tho, or if they’re particularly flexy that day. Then I wear a knee braces. I hate them, but they do help me

I wish it was that easy I subconsciously lock them so randomly I look like a choir kid bending my knees

same i’ve passed out so many times from it. i have to remind myself and it feels so weird. but id rather be in a weird slight squat all the time than my brain not get oxygen

It wasn’t easy, not at all. It was hard af, I basically had to be hyper aware of how I was standing at all times or they’d lock. Plus I also did a lot of physical therapy.
