Blood results came back, my B12 is low, my Vitamin D levels are low, my iron levels are nearly nonexistent and apparently I’m allergic to cows milk?
Was there for an hour but only abt 5~minutes was in the room with her, she literally just wrote me a referral now I’m waiting on a call from a specialist I guess

For the cows milk, it could be a false positive but you also can have an allergy to something you have often and not know, especially if it mostly manifests as GI problems. This happened to me with peanuts; I was so confused when they said I was allergic cuz I was eating peanut butter every day. I got a lot less stomach aches when I stopped eating it though.

I’m allergic to cows milk and it’s such an insidious allergy. It’s in EVERYTHING. it’s in bread. People put butter on stuff without thinking. It’s in chips for some reason. Stuff you wouldn’t think about.

Yeah I don’t usually drink it a lot except to help dull acid reflux and I’m usually already nauseous at that point, or if I put it in my hot chocolate I get nauseous but I just accepted that as a trade off for it, it kind of adds up when I think about it
