Already maxed out my over the counter medication. To the point where it think I am overtaking it because it’s not strong enough.

idk if you have tried it but NasalCrom spray is over the counter and has really helped me. I have bad allergies from my MCAS and struggle with nasal allergies too and it’s the worst so I feel for you 💔

You could try sinus rinses. Also, if you haven’t already, stick a couple pillows under your mattress to keep your head up and help it drain a bit
