 I’m having so many fibro symptoms at once. Burning skin, struggling to swallow, body temperature (upper 1/2 cold, bottom 1/2 hot), twitching, all over pain; I can’t keep any of them under control & all of this is happening while my parents are out of town

My symptoms (probably fibro, but they refuse to diagnose me with anything) which are similar, all started going crazy last night. The all over pain and twitching is the worst. ♥️ we’ll go through this flare together 🫡 wish you luck
