I only confront mine once a week while on a call with someone else when I fill up my weekly container

yeah. i fill up my weekly container while watching youtube or something but it drags like crazy

That’s a genius idea. I do mine once a week too but it’s usually at night while watching something. I used to time myself to see how long it took me but that game got depressing so I stopped.
