I hate PT. It helps the pain, yeah, but it also feels like the biggest inconvenience on the planet. What do you mean I have to drive an hour home from college every weekend just to spend 45 minutes doing squats with someone watching me?
Not to mention the fact that I have no time/energy to do the exercises in my dorm. My mom says I’m “not trying hard enough”. Garbage. All of it is just garbage.

My new PT regimen is just doing one exercise before bed. Maybe that’s more attainable?
