Hey newky diagnosed gastroparesis but ha experiencing GP symptoms for years and flare ups are worse, how do you guys manage bad days? what helps? also my medicine literally messy with my vision.. what other meds or solutions have your doctors had for you?

Zofran is the only med that helps me, and im lucky it does bc for most people it isn’t effective. Are you taking reglan? I know it can mess with u in a lot of ways. It never helped me much, just made me want to rip my skin off.

I also had to take panomeprazole for about 4-5 months to sort of reset my stomach acid or something like that. Usually on bad days (more like weeks lol) I restrict myself to protein shakes, Cheerios, rice, and barely seasoned (white ppl) chicken. And I do that until my stomach chills out
