Anyway yeah I’m on the tail end of a flare and thank goodness I had a bottle of steroids from my last episode otherwise idk if I could put up with this

omg no ive only taken steroids once for a REALLY bad flare and it sucked but my allergist said to take zyrtec & pepcid twice a day for a month then ween off when ur not getting them anymore and its truly my holy grail!!

Truly you are my hero. I saw a few doctors including ending up in the ER for anaphylaxis and everyone said idk that’s weird
