Basically the deal when I interview someone is that we give them 24 hours before we make a decision around hiring someone unless I really like someone and it’s a good fit for everyone. There was so many red flags about this medical provider. If you’re gonna work with disabled folks, you need to actually talk to us and not just our providers.
