Yes. Zofran can help some anxiety symptoms. My doctor and I looked that up together after i mentioned it helps my anxiety sometimes.

Fatigue and drowsiness are a side effect so you very well may be just experiencing a bit of that, not enough to make you tired but maybe just enough to have that “calm” you describe??
