Have had a random migraine since like 3pm and it’s 9 now and getting worse tried all my normal tricks and it just got worse till I projectile committed a few times which surprisingly helped for a bit but I can feel it comeing back on slowly as time passes

unhinged hack that works for me but might not work for you: i pack a bowl and take rips that make me cough so hard i gag, either it makes me throw up and i feel better temporarily, or the gagging helps make the urge to throw up go away and it feels a bit better that way. i also eat super spicy food (think numb spicy, not burning spicy; sichuan peppers are my fav) to help with the nausea, helps increase blood flow to the area and distract my brain from the nausea/urge to vomit

I hats crazy is we both do the take rips till I throw up technique lmao I was walking around with my glasses off and a hot clothe on different parts of my face to help and tried a hot steamy shower and meds weren’t working I thought I was going crazy

Omg I do the same thing even the hot compresses and shower. Tho usually I’ll down a cup of coffee or an energy drink and that will help temporarily, but also sometimes makes it worse. 😂

i mean the less you do it the more effective it’ll be when you do have a migraine, so that’s probably best
