I found EDS friendly Pilates on YT and I’m not going to pretend it feels good in the moment but strengthening the muscles is supposed to be helpful
My doctor told me that over extending muscles can be bad for EDS and make things worse
There’s a difference between healthy exercise and over exercising (and hyperextending joints is a whole other issue)
Pilates might be the thing that is not healthy exercising for me.
Certain exercise really hurts for me. My EDS makes my body sensitive to certain things even if it doesn’t seem strenuous to other people
