Meeting with an endometriosis specialist this week. Anyone have any advice for trying to advocate for myself to get surgery? Every doctor I’ve seen before has dismissed me and just prescribed the pill

Insist! I literally had to refuse the pill and demand surgery. You deserve to know what’s going on with you. MAKE them hear you. It sucks but it’s so worth it. Good luck!!!
