Anybody hypermobile or have EDS (or both)… can you share the exercises that feel the best for you and any tips/tricks for dealing with it?

As someone with hEDS, EDS Wellness, Inc. on YouTube has a whole playlist of Pilates that has helped me out a lot! Also, if you suffer from a floppy spine like I do, a figure eight brace and lower back brace help stabilize the spine and can also work as compression if you have POTS/OH
