the automated answering thing pisses me off SO BAD. "what is your reason for calling today?" "can you explain in more detail?" "are you a patient?" I WANT TO SPEAK TO A PHARMACIST.

i kept saying my birthday and the computer couldnt find my info like 5 times in a row even tried a diff day and year 🫩 the pharmacist got it first try idk what was going on with the computer it is annoying
