It is in no way or cure or anything like that, but he’s improving their quality of life, he’s giving them an extra couple of months with their families it’s really amazing work and the craziest part all his doing is pumping them with a shit ton of b12 like 3 times a week

ALS is the worst. It’s absolutely heartbreaking to see a loved one lose all function and control over their own body like that. My grandfather was diagnosed and passed away within a year and a half of diagnosis. It was horrible to see someone who had loved being active reduced to something like that, not able to speak, write, type, eat.

Yes, he spoke about it publicly recently. I don’t think it’s been long since the diagnosis but his one side is almost fully paralyzed and his speech doesn’t sound great
