started taking pepcid as a last resort at the request of my gi to pin down why i’m nauseous all the time and my pmdd went away??? i didn’t even realize my period was going to start i’m so confused

omg i just heard about this, apparently there’s some preliminary evidence that those specific types of antihistamines actually somehow decrease the effect of pmdd

i’ve been doing research all day! i’ve been suspecting mcas for a while and this would align with that actually, bc apparently estrogen rising also stimulates mast cells to make more histamine?! who would have thought
