can someone reassure me that it’s okay to go to the food pantry if i legitimately cannot feed myself😭 my parents are abusive so I don’t live with them and get no support, I pay $800 in rent, work as much as I can, and can only afford ramen 3x/ day💀

even if you could afford to feed yourself it would still be ok to go to the food pantry. healthy food is the foundation to good mental and physical health, and you don’t need health problems right now. get as many veggies and as much fiber and protein as you can

my grocery budget for the next 2 weeks is literally $20 and all I want is like, meat, or something substantial, or just a damn warm home cooked meal without spending all my money on one thing☹️ ugh im so stressed
