I hate it when it happens. I was in so much shock one of the two times it happened. Though you are not alone! I am not sure why it happens to me, but the second time it was after a long period of exhaustion, insomnia and high stress.

I have an overactive immune system and so I get really bad spells of random allergy attacks, and when I’m sneezing over and over for two hours straight it weakens the fuck out of my pelvic floor, so at that point a sneeze will empty my entire bladder 🥲

If it helps you feel less alone, I caught something awful in February 2020 (in hindsight we now know COVID was in the U.S. as of December 2019 and given the symptoms I’m pretty sure it was COVID) I coughed so hard I repeatedly pissed myself for like a week straight 🫠

Oh no 😭 I put on a pad after I changed (thank God) just before I posted this. I have peed myself again twice since 😭 Idk where the water is coming from!! I emptied my bladder 😭😭😭
