Me too, especially after walking across campus. Down stairs is easier, but I feel like I’m climbing Everest going up them

I’m the opposite, going up stairs is easier and I have a really hard time going down stairs. So it’s like do I accept the judgy looks from the elevator or do I embarrass myself going down the stairs really slowly while holding the hand rails like my life depends on it
