Fun fact: at least at my location (and probably most large Pharms) every time a tech fills a prescription, they have to take a photo of the counted meds (unless we don’t open the stock bottle or there are too many to fit on the camera aka few exceptions) and then the pharmacist has to look at the photo and verify the count before it can be given to a patient so everything is double counted by default (plus controlled meds are hand-double-counted plus the pharmacist recheck)
