I’ve been so excited for this weekend trip to Chicago but I just found out my dad booked the 6am flight on the way there. My worst migraine trigger is inconsistent sleep. I’ve already lost half my trip from a migraine and it’s still a few days away
And like amount of “sleeping” on a plane or in the airport will fix it either since my head issues are also postural and I have to be horizontal for sleep to count. I’m spending $700 on this fucking flight alone

I am doing so much better medically than I’ve ever been but I’m still stuck living my life in fear of my brain ruining every plan I make. I would do anything to have my old body back and just be free again

I got vertigo for a few months after I rode a train, and I get migraines from pressure changes when driving (unless I have earplugs), so I can imagine a plane would NOT be fun

Planes themselves at least aren’t as bad anymore since I found out that WeatherX ear plugs help a ton with them! They’re meant for weather pressure changes but they were originally made for planes

I’m definitely looking into those earplugs if I ever go on a plane or train ride again
