Any advice? I’ve been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about a year ago but since my diagnosis, my symptoms have continued to get worse very quickly and I can hardly make it up the stairs anymore. We’ve played with meds, done PT, yoga, and chiropractor. Help?

Honestly, I would recommend getting a second opinion. Idk how you were diagnosed, but it is typically a diagnosis of exclusion. Meaning they should be testing you for a variety of different conditions that can mimic fibromyalgia before settling on that diagnosis. You may have already gone through all of that, which would make this irrelevant, but if you feel it might be something more, listen to yourself.

But when I’m having bad days, weeks, or months with my pain and fatigue, I have to learn my limits quickly. Like constantly listening to your body and giving yourself more rest when needed

Thank you. I have been considering getting a second opinion because atp my doctor seems to just be throwing drugs at me and hoping it’ll work lol Usually when I’m home in pain days I try to sleep as much as possible
