I usually go for a sandwich and a few pickles. If the carbs might be bothering you maybe don’t do a sandwich, but adding pickles seems to help me w the electrolytes and salt

i used to fall asleep after eating before i went low carb. now i slow cook meats and try to keep a few raw or cooked veggies ready to go

I don’t like eating meat much but maybe I could opt for a more meat and veggie lunch

following these tips helped me dramatically with that after-meal sleepiness. of course you don’t necessarily have to eat meat!
