My service dog is mainly mobility support, but he does migraine response. My program didn’t train for migraine alert, but he automatically knows. I trained him to get my medication bag when I’m too exhausted to move. Sometimes he’ll just bring it to me and 15 minutes later I can feel one coming on. He does deep pressure therapy to help me through and brace work when I can’t fully stand up by myself. Brace work was intended for mobility, but you know migraines can knock you out.
